Alleged Vivo iQOO 3 has been certified in the BIS certificate which could be Launch in India in March 2020.
The Model Number I927 and I928 have been seen in the BIS site which seems to be the upcoming Vivo iQOO 3 moniker. Earlier before V1950A were certified in WFA, 3c, and MIIT, TENNA with Android 10. Gagan Arora, Director, Marketing, IQOO gave an Exclusive Interview to the Mobile Indian Blog.
He revealed that it will bring two smartphones in India in February 2020 which will be powered by Qualcomm snapdragon 865 soc. Among two phones one will be 5G and another will be 4G. He further stated that one of the phones is gaming-centric and there will be price differences between 4G and 5G phones. Vivo iQOO was launched in March 2019 on last year with snapdragon 855 with 4000mah battery in China. Vivo had launched the first iQOO series in china in 2019 starting from Vivo iQOO 855, iQOO Neo 855 and so on. So far six phones were launched under the Iqoo in China last year.

He also revealed that the phone will come with new battery technology. Recently Vivo had registered Trademark for Vivo iQOO series. Based on the information slated above that spotted I927 and I928 will be possible of iQOO 3 series.
Vivo iQOO 3 specifications:
Digital chat station shared the specifications on Weibo. According to the leaks iQOO 3 will sport a 6.44 inch OLED Display with an aspect ratio of 1080*2400 Pixels. It will come with a refresh rate of 60HZ, not the 90HZ. It will run of Android 10 and it will be powered by Qualcomm snapdragon 865 soc and 5G phone.
On the rear side, it will come with four cameras and will come with 48MP primary on the rear side. The Battery capacity is 4410 mah and 55w fast charging.
