The Chinese smartphone maker Vivo, its sub-brand iQOO launched a new 5G model after the release of iQOO 3 5G and iQOO Neo3 5G. This flagship mobile is equipped with MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ SOC which is the first smartphone powered by it. iQOO Z1 is enabled with 5G with a starting price roughly of Rs. 23,999 / Yuan 2,198 / $309.

iQOO Z1 Specifications:
iQOO Z1 is a 6.57-inch IPS LCD with a punch-hole at the right top corner. This display comes with HDR10 support of producing FULL HD+ with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The refresh rate has 144Hz (Typical). Also, iQOO claims that many numbers of Apps have been optimized to work under this refresh rate. It also has customized sound effects that can be enabled from mobile settings.

Processor: iQOO Z1 5G is equipped with MediTek Dimensity 1000+ SOC, 7nm chipset announced in November 2019. 5G connectivity is supported by both the SIM. The AnTuTu scored by iQOO Z1 5G has 536,683 points in the benchmarking platform. The smartphone boots with iQOO UI 1.0 flavored Android 10 OS.
Memory and Battery: iQOO Z1 5G has 8GB LPDDR4X RAM + 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage and there is no expandable microSD card slot option available. It has a battery backup of 4,500mAh battery with 44W fast charging. The device has a liquid-cooled heat dissipation system to reduce the temperature by 10 degrees Celsius at least.
Camera, Security: iQOO Z1 5G front has 16MP with punch-hole and the Rear side has a Triple camera setup that includes 48MP primary lens + 8MP ultrawide sensor + 2MP macro shoot lens. It supports 4K video shoot and 1080p Slow motion recording. The fingerprint scanner is placed at the side of the mobile.

iQOO Z1 5G has three color options Space Blue, Symphony Meteor, and Galaxy Silver. Comes in three variants as:

8GB RAM + 128GB – Rs. 26,999 / Yuan 2,498 / $351
8GB RAM + 256GB – Rs. 29,999 / Yuan 2,798 / $393
The pre-sales will sell silicone protective case and game controller for Z1 users and it will be available from May 25 through retailers and the first sale will begin from June 1 in China.
