Verizon has released the latest Android update i.e., January 2020 update to Samsung Galaxy S10 5G and Galaxy Note 10 5G Users.
Samsung Galaxy S10 and Galaxy S10+:
Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10+ receive the latest Android security update i.e., January 2020 security update and it is the 11th system update for both. Earlier before it got Android 10 os update along with December update.

Samsung Galaxy S10e and Galaxy S10 5G:
Verizon announced the January 2020 update to Galaxy S10e and Galaxy S10 5G. Galaxy S10e gets 11th system update and 8th System update to Galaxy S10 5G. Both got Android 10 updates recently along with the December update.

Verizon also released the Latest Android update i.e., January 2020 update to Galaxy Note 10, Galaxy Note 10 5G and Galaxy Note 10 Plus. All these Galaxy Note 10 series had recently got an Android 10 OS update along with December update from Verizon.
This is the 5th System update for Galaxy Note 10 Series.

Apart from US carriers Galaxy S10 users in Switzerland are getting January 2020 update. soon it is going to roll out to all the regions. Apart from Verizon T-Mobile also pushed the January 2020 update to Galaxy Note 10 and Galaxy Note 10 Plus users.

How to do Software Update:
Before Downloading Software updates connect Your Device to Wi-Fi and also check whether is a strong network connection in your surroundings and also the battery is fully charged.
Software updates can be done in the following ways.
- User-Initiated OTA: These can be done manually in your phone by Menu-> Settings-> About Phone-> Software Updates-> Check for Updates-> Download Now. Once the download is completed ask for an install. If u Tap Install it gets power off and restarts your phone starts installing the update and finished it. Tap ok finally.
- Server Initiated OTA: It is an OTA update that shows the latest software update on the home screen of your phone and starts to download on the background of your screen.
- Updating while in Roaming: Most of the time you won’t get a new software update while in roaming. While you are in roaming make sure Wi-fi has enabled it or not. If not turn Wi-fi on the state. If the phone meets the requirements it shows the latest software update on the home screen can start to download it. If it is failed to remove the battery and restart to do again.
