Realme has rolled out December update, Dark mode, WhatsApp update to Realme U1 and Realme 1 users in India.

December update to Realme U1:

Realme gets the latest security update i.e., December update dated 2019. Also, it brings the fast switch toggles of dark mode in the notification center. It also fixes the issue of volume bar blocked by the camera while in horizontal. It also fixes the issue of WhatsApp while in dark Mode.

Since it is an OTA update it will several days to a month to reach all the users. The  firmware version Number is  RMX1831EX_11_C.16  and file size is 2.06GB

December update to Realme 1:

Realme 1 also gets a December security update similar to Realme U1. Ther is no much difference between them. Both get the same update except no WhatsApp issue as in realme 1. The firmware version number is CPH1861EX_11_C.46 and file size is 2.15GB.

Sadly bad news is that realme 1 and Realme U1 users won’t get Android 10 updates. Early before Realme C2, Realme 5 and realme 5s had received the latest Android security update. Realme India is gearing up to launch realme X2 730G, realme buds Air and Reale x2 StarWars edition in India on December 17.

Realme China has announced that there will be realme 5G phones only in 2020 for china users. Currently, there are working realme X50 5G which is going to be released soon will come with dual bands support and snapdragon 765G which is used in Redmi k30 and Oppo reno 3.
