Looks like Samsung Electronics Co., is bored of its M Series and moved to F Series i.e., Samsung Galaxy F41 with the same specifications sheet. Samsung has not been even trying to modify its specifications as per user comments and renaming the series alone. F series started with F41 is just a mixture of M31, M21, M30s.
Note: Samsung also tested the same processor in Galaxy A51.
Samsung Galaxy F41 Specification:
Since the specifications sheet follows the same as M31, M21, and M30s. This section will cover the difference in Samsung F41 compared to the M Series.
Samsung F41 Launch Date: The only major difference between M Series and F Series is actually the launch dates released like March, June, and October 2020.
F41 Processor: Not even a single unique detail found on this side. Users can refer to the performances of M Series to experiences the F41 performances.

Build, Display & Platform: Even the weight is also compared to M31 and F41 with the same SAMOLED, 420nits, 6.4-inch of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 Protection running on One UI 2.1 and upgradable to One UI 2.3 as the latest OS update received in M21 in some regions.
Memory, Camera: Two variants available as 6GB + 64GB and 6GB + 128GB. Triple rear camera setup found F41 by removing one camera from Galaxy M31 and copying the same setup from M31 for the selfie camera.
Battery: Samsung is trying to standardize the battery capacity to 6,000mAh with its Slow cum Fast charger.
Colors: Available in three colors Red, Space Black, and Ocean Blue. To see the colors model just look up the M21 variants is enough.
Price and Availability: 64GB priced at Rs. 16,999 and 128GB priced at Rs. 17,999. And available via Flipkart through Big Billion Days starting from Oct 16, 2020.
