Samsung Galaxy S20 series of model SM-G981U spotted in geekbench on Jan 16th, 2020. It comes with a huge amount of 12GB RAM and a processor of Samsung Exynos 9830.

The Geekbench listing shows that Samsung S20 5G will come with Android 10, Kona Motherboard, 12GB of RAM, 128 GB of Internal Storage (UFS 3.0) variants and comes with 4,500 mAh battery. It has scored 568 of Single-Core score and 2539 of a multi-core score.

Samsung Galaxy S20 5G:

As of now, the Samsung Galaxy S20 will be the next flagship series as Samsung will skip the Galaxy S11 and comes with Samsung Galaxy S20 and Galaxy S20+. The Samsung Galaxy S20 will feature an Ultrasonic under-display fingerprint scanner. The main purpose of using the ultrasonic scanner is to avoid a high brightness level instead of using an optical scanner. Another important feature for Samsung S20 will have a 120Hz Display instead of a 60Hz display. The Screen refresh rate could be altered in setting from 60Hz to 120Hz for a fluid experience.

Samsung S20 will have 4 Camera setup at the rear side will have a 108MP main camera with a periscope camera of 100X hybrid zoom capability with dynamic AMOLED display. At front side will be equipped with a punch-hole camera. Samsung Galaxy S20 and Samsung Galaxy S20+ will be powered with 25W fast chargers. The device has currently spotted with deep black and it could be possible to come in deep blue. In comparison to Samsung Galaxy S10+, S20 will be taller than its predecessor. The Samsung Galaxy S20 comes with amazing specifications but with absences of the headphone jack and remaining detailed specification will be revealed on February 11th. Samsung Galaxy S20 and S20+ will come both in 4G and 5G variant which depends upon the country region wise.
