Vivo SubBrand iQOO has launched two flagship model iQOO 5 and iQOO PRO in China. The iQOO 5 Series has equipped with a high refresh rate, High megapixel, and 120W fast charging support. Both the model specifications share almost the same specification with some slight variations on the display and charging side.

iQOO5 and iQOO 5 PRO Specifications

Display: The iQOO 5 and 5 PRO has a 120Hz refresh rate of AMOLED Curved Display with 6.56-inch. The aspect ratio is 20:9 flat of punch-hole design with the support of HDR10+. The IQOO 5 series has equipped with in-display fingerprint readers with 8.32mm in thickness weighs around 197g.

Camera: iQOO 5 and 5 PRO both are having a 16MP selfie camera in front. At rear side triple camera setup is found with 50MP Samsung GN1 primary lens + 13MP ultrawide lens + 13MP Periscope telephoto lens. IQOO 5 supports up to 20x digital zoom and IQOO 5 PRO supports 5x optical zoom and 60x hybrid zoom and capable of recording 8K videos.

Processor: The IQOO 5 series is powered by Snapdragon 865 couples with Adreno 650 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM + 256GB UFS 3.1 storage which isn’t expandable.

Battery & Price:  Vivo iQOO 5 has 4,500mAh battery with 55W fast charging support whereas IQOO 5 PRO edition supports 120W fast charging with a lesser capacity of 4,000mAh. The company claims that 120W will take 15 minutes to charge completely. iQOO 5 series will have Vivo IQOO UI OS based on top Android 10.

Since IQOO is the global partner of BMW, a BMW IQOO 5 Edition will be launched in the limited edition. The sales will begin on Aug 24 in China and soon it is excepted to launch in the Indian market also.
